Since we started distilling in 2007, we've had the opportunity to engage in many "spirit expiriments."  Most of these small batches have been quietly aging in barrels for the past seven to ten years.  Made from 100% BC grown products, they have been fermented, distilled and aged at the Merridale Farm.

We call these small batches "Mystery spirits" because they are extremely limited and unique.  Once the cask is finished, they are gone for good.  Unless, of course, you are the successful bidder of this last bottle.
